Will is a great trainer. He met me where I was each session, and focused on helping me see progress week over week. By combining strength training with technique, mobility, form, and balance, Will has helped me avoid injury while lifting heavier weight than I thought possible. I started with a main goal to get my first ever pull-up, which I thought was impossible as a woman in her mid-50s who never did strength work. Now I can do several at once, and LOTS of other “impossible” things too. Along with hitting goals like pull-ups, it has been great seeing the work in the gym translate to real improvement in my favorite daily activities.

I started my journey with Will in Fall 2023, when my fitness level was poor and my experience in training was limited. Our weekly sessions focused on training my shoulders, core, and back, supplemented with lots of mobility.
